Graphite is a polished developer-velocity platform built around stacked diffs, a fast merge queue, and the Diamond AI reviewer that flags bugs and style issues on every PR. It suits engineering teams already on GitHub who push high volumes of code and want trunk-based, incremental review without restructuring their stack. The CLI and VS Code workflow are well designed and onboarding is quick for those comfortable with git.
Caveats: stacked PRs are a workflow change the whole team must adopt to get value, and the AI reviewer occasionally surfaces noise. It is GitHub-centric (no GitLab/Bitbucket parity), and seat pricing adds up for larger orgs. There is no meaningful ASEAN-specific tooling, but as an English, cloud SaaS it works fine regionally.
