1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RECATOOLS at recatools.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Services
RECATOOLS provides free online utility tools, in-depth guides and tutorials, an AI directory, and tech news content (the "Services"). Tools are provided as-is for informational and practical purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
RECASYS also lists partner security products that it resells. Those listings are commercial, are marked as partner or sponsored on the page, and are governed by section 6.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without permission
- Overload our servers through automated requests (rate limits apply)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Impersonate RECATOOLS or misrepresent your affiliation with us
- Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls
4. Tool Results Disclaimer
Tool outputs are provided for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
- Finance tools: Results are estimates only. Not financial, investment, or tax advice. Consult a qualified financial adviser before making decisions.
- Health tools: Results are informational. Not medical advice or diagnosis. Consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- Legal tools: Not legal advice. Consult a qualified lawyer.
- All other tools: Results may contain errors. Verify important outputs independently.
RECATOOLS makes no warranty that tool results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The list above is a summary. Our Disclaimer is the fuller statement, and it covers further classes of tool that carry their own limits — clinical formulas and risk scores, engineering and trades calculations, personality and self-assessment tests, and cultural and divination tools. Where the two differ, the Disclaimer governs.
5. Intellectual Property
The RECATOOLS name, logo, tool interfaces, and original content are owned by RECASYS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Tool output generated from your inputs belongs to you. We claim no rights over content you create using our tools.
6. Third-Party Content
The AI Directory contains information about third-party products. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party tool or service. Affiliate links may be present — we may receive a commission if you purchase through them.
Partner product listings. RECASYS resells security products from partner vendors, and some of those listings carry an enquiry form. We are a reseller, not the manufacturer: each product is built, supported and warranted by its own vendor, and nothing on a listing page is a warranty from us.
If you submit an enquiry, what you wrote is passed to SAIBERGARD Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company that distributes those products in the region, so that they can reply with pricing, a demo, or documentation. SAIBERGARD decides for itself how to handle your enquiry, and for that enquiry it is an independent controller — its handling is governed by its own terms and privacy notice, not ours. What we do with the same details is set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, RECASYS and RECATOOLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed SGD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, without notice. Sections on Disclaimer, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the homepage. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last Updated" date above.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
