This is a national-champion play, not a developer platform. VNG's Zalo AI trained its own LLM, KiLM, from scratch, and by late 2024 its 13B model topped GPT-4 and Gemma2-9B on VMLU, Vietnam's Vietnamese-language benchmark, trailing only Meta's 70B model. That Vietnamese-first strength is the whole point: Kiki understands regional speech and local intent better than imported assistants. It ships where Vietnamese users already are, with Kiki Auto for hands-free driving (voice navigation, music, calls in Vietnamese) and Q&A assistants inside Zalo and Zing MP3. It's free and consumer-facing, with no documented public API or business access, so from a builder's perspective there's nothing to integrate against yet.
