The free plan is narrower than its "free forever" label suggests. Recordings and transcripts are unlimited, but the help centre says only your first 10 meetings get full AI notes, after which notes cover only each call's first 10 minutes, and those allowances are for the lifetime of the account, not monthly as this page earlier said. Free recordings are kept for three months. Fathom's free plan, by comparison, still lists unlimited recordings and transcriptions.
