Vizard does the auto-clipping job well: it picks highlights from talk-heavy footage, reframes around the speaker, captions the result and schedules posts, and charges by minutes uploaded rather than clips exported, which suits people who cut many shorts from each recording. An API is available on every plan, rate-limited by tier.
The limits are the usual ones for this category: the AI's picks and cut points still need a human pass, and the free plan stops at 720p and three days of storage. Creator at $14.50 a month billed yearly is the realistic starting point for podcasters and marketing teams.

Vizard is an AI clipping tool run by Vizard, Corp., which its about page says was set up in Delaware in the United States; earlier versions of this page suggested a Singapore operator, and nothing on Vizard's own pages supports that. Internet Archive captures show the site pitching video repurposing in 2022, and Vizard now claims more than 10 million creators and businesses, a vendor figure.
The core workflow is unchanged. Upload a podcast, webinar or interview, or paste a link, and Vizard transcribes it, picks highlights, reframes them vertically around the speaker and returns captioned clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Clips can be trimmed by editing the transcript, captions translated into more than 100 languages, and posts scheduled to connected social accounts. Newer is Vizard Agent, which builds trailers, event recaps, mini-documentaries and other formats from 22 templates. The API, which Vizard says supports more than 30 languages, is available on every plan with different rate limits, the free one included; earlier versions of this page said it started at Creator.
Pricing is measured in credits, and one credit is one minute of uploaded video, however many clips come out of it. The free plan gives 60 credits a month, uploads up to 60 minutes, 720p exports up to ten minutes and three days of storage. Creator lists at $29 a month, or $14.50 a month billed yearly ($174) for 600 credits a month, and adds 4K, no watermark and 100 GB of storage. Business lists at $39, or $19.50 billed yearly ($234), with a shared workspace, brand kit, unlimited storage and extra seats at $5 a month. Bigger credit bundles cost more, and custom plans go through sales.
Review-site ratings, a 98.5% transcription-accuracy figure, a 32-language count and a head-to-head test against Opus Clip in earlier versions could not be traced and have been removed. For talk-heavy footage clipped at volume, Vizard is efficient; still review the AI's picks.
