Submagic is quick and good-looking for what it targets: drop in a vertical clip and get polished animated captions, zooms and B-roll in a couple of minutes, without keyframing anything. The workflow is simple: upload a talking-head or vertical clip and Submagic returns animated captions, auto zooms, B-roll, sound effects and transitions, ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Submagic says captions work in 123 languages at 99% accuracy; that is a vendor claim worth spot-checking in Malay, Thai or Vietnamese before relying on it. Higher plans add silence and bad-take removal, audio clean-up, AI hook titles, eye-contact correction, Magic Clips for cutting long videos into shorts, an AI Actors studio, a video translator and direct publishing to social accounts.

The billing terms deserve attention. Annual plans renew automatically for another twelve months unless cancelled before the anniversary, and the terms state that monthly and annual fees are non-refundable, apart from the 14-day withdrawal right consumers have under French law.
