The free plan is a real trial, at 30 credits a day (about a minute of video), 720p and watermarked, though the pricing page also advertises 60 credits a day and some reviewers say the free credits never worked for them.

Its about page says the company began in 2016 with screen-recording and video-messaging tools, now sold as Vidnoz Flex, and launched Vidnoz AI in 2023. The same page names the operating company as Wise Reward Limited of Kwun Tong, Hong Kong; the terms are governed by Hong Kong law, the privacy policy refers to Vidnoz Inc., and the vendor's own Trustpilot profile gives an address in Austin, Texas. Beside its own avatars it now offers third-party video and image models, including Google Veo, Sora, Kling and Hailuo, under the Vidnoz Gen name.
Earlier versions of this page called the free tier the most generous in the category, a comparison that was never supported and has been dropped. The pricing table lists 30 credits a day, about 60 seconds of video, with videos capped at three minutes, 720p export carrying a Vidnoz watermark, 1,600-plus avatars and 890 voices. A banner on the same page promises 60 free credits a day, so the page contradicts itself.
Starter costs $26.99 a month, or $19.99 a month billed yearly, for 450 credits a month, 1080p and no watermark. Business costs $74.99, or $56.99 yearly, for 900 credits plus voice cloning, video translation, a brand kit, SSO and up to 1,000 seats. On Starter, voice cloning is a $9.99-a-month add-on. The refund policy offers nothing on monthly plans and a seven-day money-back guarantee on annual ones.
On Trustpilot, read on 14 October 2026, Vidnoz scored 2.1 from 82 reviews, 45% of them one-star and 37% five-star. Of the five most recent, two said the advertised free credits could not actually be used and one objected that credits now require a subscription. For cheap training, onboarding and social clips it is worth a trial; run the free plan before buying a year.
