Tensor Art is good value for anyone who wants the open-model ecosystem without owning a GPU: a very large community library of checkpoints and LoRAs, node workflows, video models and LoRA training, with 50 free credits a day and a Pro plan from $9.90 a month or $69.90 a year.
The trade-offs are the usual ones for a community hub: uneven model quality, licences that vary model by model, and moderation that depends on users tagging their own posts. There is no enterprise support or regional data residency. Best for hobbyists and character artists; less suited to teams needing a controlled, commercial-grade tool.

Tensor Art (TensorArt) is a cloud platform for running and sharing open image and video models, operated by Echo International HK Limited from Hong Kong, according to its privacy policy and app-store listing; earlier versions of this page placed it in San Francisco. The site was live by May 2023. Its pitch is the open-model ecosystem without a GPU: thousands of community checkpoints and LoRAs on bases such as SDXL, Illustrious, Pony, Flux, Qwen-Image and Krea, which Tensor Art counts at more than a million models and LoRAs, plus node workflows, video generation and in-browser LoRA training.
The newer front page is more guided than the old enthusiast interface suggested: tools for designing an original character, generating from a reference, editing images, making avatars and a chat-style design agent sit above the model library. The depth is still there for those who want it, with sampler settings, ControlNet and LoRA stacking.
Pricing is published, though not at the old pricing URL, which now returns an unavailable page. The free Starter plan gives 50 credits a day, image and video generation, LoRA training and seven days of storage. Pro gives 300 daily credits, a bonus credit grant, priority and faster queues, output up to 4K, up to six LoRAs, training on up to 1,000 images and private models. It costs $9.90 billed monthly, $21.90 a quarter or $69.90 billed yearly, and credit packs start at 3,000 credits for $9.90. Earlier versions of this page said a subscription unlocked unlimited use; it does not.
The terms make no ownership claim over generated images and say they may be freely used, which contradicts an earlier claim that free-tier output is watermarked for non-commercial use. They require users to be 18, strongly discourage unsafe-for-work posts and require such content to be tagged. Earlier reports of a 2025 policy crackdown and user exodus could not be traced and have been removed. Community models carry their own licences, so check each before commercial work.
