LiblibAI (哩布哩布AI) is a Chinese platform for AI image and video creation built around a large community library of models. Creators share and download Stable Diffusion, Flux and other checkpoints and LoRAs — the platform reports more than 500,000 original models and over 30 million users — train their own models, and generate images and video online using community models alongside commercial ones such as Seedance, Kling, Seedream and its own Star-3 models. A workflow editor, an API and an option to license community models commercially sit alongside it, and the same company runs the design tool Xingliu (星流), the AI video-production product LibTV and, overseas, the design agent Lovart. LiblibAI itself is Chinese-language with no international edition.
The parent company, Evoken (北京演语科技有限公司), was founded in Beijing in 2023 by Chen Mian, who previously led commercialisation of CapCut at ByteDance. After a $130 million Series B in October 2025, it raised $300 million in June 2026 in a round co-led by Singapore-based Granite Asia, Tencent and Shunwei Capital that valued it at more than $2 billion, and said its annual recurring revenue had reached $300 million. In April 2026 China's state broadcaster CCTV showed the platform generating a semi-nude dancing video, and LiblibAI apologised two days later.
Free accounts get 20 credits each day they log in and 3GB of storage, roughly 40 images or two videos by the site's estimate. Memberships, billed in renminbi, remove watermarks, permit commercial use and add speed-ups: monthly plans run from ¥39 for 700 credits through ¥66, ¥199, ¥649 and ¥1,199 to ¥2,299 for 66,000 credits and unlimited concurrent tasks, and annual plans start at ¥399. The API starts from ¥10, with 100 credits costing one yuan.
