Nuclia in Southeast Asia

Nuclia (now part of Progress) is a managed retrieval-augmented-generation platform that ingests unstructured content of any type — documents, audio, video — and exposes search and grounded Q&A with source citations. It removes most of the plumbing of building a RAG pipeline (parsing, chunking, embeddings, vector store) and is genuinely strong on multi-format and multilingual ingestion.
It suits teams that want production RAG without assembling the stack themselves, especially over mixed media. Caveats: as a managed SaaS it is less flexible than rolling your own LangChain/LlamaIndex stack, pricing is enterprise-oriented and less transparent, and you accept vendor lock-in. APIs and widgets are well documented. Global/EU-centric service; no SEA data residency.
