AI Studios is one of the more complete avatar-video platforms: thousands of presenters, custom avatar cloning, voices in more than 150 languages, lip-synced dubbing, training features such as quizzes and SCORM export, and now generative video from Sora and Veo in the same workspace. Pricing is fair for what you get, from $24 a month on annual billing, though the dubbing allowance that many users relied on was cut to 120 minutes a month on Personal in 2025. The account side is the risk: Trustpilot reviewers repeatedly report refused refunds, and the company does not reply to negative reviews there, while Capterra users who review the product itself rate it well. Strong for training, HR and marketing teams producing presenter videos at volume; test on the free plan and avoid annual billing until you are sure.

DeepBrain AI, founded in Seoul in 2016 as the chatbot company MoneyBrain and renamed in 2021, makes AI Studios, a platform that turns scripts into videos presented by realistic AI avatars. It offers more than 2,000 AI-generated avatars plus stock presenters, custom avatars cloned from a person, voices in more than 150 languages and accents, AI dubbing with lip-sync, interactive quizzes and SCORM export for training, and, since 2026, generative video from models such as Sora 2 and Veo 3.1 on every plan. A separate LiveAvatar service runs real-time conversational avatars by API, and developers get SDKs for web, desktop, Unity and mobile. DeepBrain says it has raised $41 million, holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification, has offices in Seoul, Palo Alto and Beijing, and serves more than two million users in over 100 countries; it also sells a deepfake detector.
The free plan allows up to three videos of up to a minute, one custom avatar, 720p export, three dubbing uses and 16 one-time generative credits. Personal costs $24 a month on annual billing, or $29 monthly, for unlimited videos up to 30 minutes, three custom avatars, 1080p, 120 minutes of lip-synced dubbing and 60 generative credits a month. Team costs $55 per seat a month annually, or $69 monthly, for hour-long videos, 4K, five custom avatars, 240 minutes of dubbing and shared workspaces; Enterprise adds unlimited avatars, SAML SSO and bulk generation. LiveAvatar plans start at $99 a month. DeepBrain's own pages disagree on dubbing coverage, citing 73 and 150 languages.
Reviews split by platform. Capterra users rate it 4.5 out of 5 from 51 reviews, though the newest is from 2024. Trustpilot is harsher: 2.8 from 228 reviews on one profile and 2.0 from 10 on another, with the company not replying to negative reviews. The complaints that recur are refused refunds and a 2025 change that cut previously unlimited dubbing to 120 minutes a month. Use the free plan to test quality, and check refund terms before an annual purchase.
