It syncs Gmail and Outlook, Google Drive, Slack and calendars, reads text from images, works in many languages, and has a Chrome extension and iPhone and Android apps. Skai Proactive sends a daily summary and plan, and a reasoning mode handles longer requests. The site still labels the product a beta, and its public changelog's latest entry is from December 2025, when the Outlook connector became generally available.
It is a Southeast Asian start-up. Galvin left his job in late 2023 to build it, joined by Austin and Aiden, and the company, based in Ho Chi Minh City, joined the inaugural Techstars Tokyo accelerator class in 2024. Saner.ai says more than 100,000 professionals use it and that it does not train on, sell or share user data.

The free plan, with no card, gives 30 AI messages and 30 AI requests a month, 100 notes and 100 MB of storage, plus the integrations, Chrome extension and mobile app. Starter costs $8 a month billed yearly ($12 monthly) for 30 messages and requests a day, 1,000 notes and 5 GB; Standard costs $16 yearly ($20 monthly) for messages under a fair-use policy, unlimited notes, 100 GB, 100 AI requests a day, extended reasoning and support from the founders. Outside models such as GPT, Claude and Gemini are not included in any plan: you pay for them separately or bring your own API keys.
