Pebblely does one job: it turns a plain product shot into usable lifestyle and studio images, in the right size for each channel, and the March 2026 rebuild cut that to three steps with no background removal. Bulk generation on Basic and Pro makes it practical for a whole catalogue.

Pebblely is an AI product-photography tool from Pebblely Pte Ltd, a Singapore company founded by Swee Kiat Lim and Alfred Lua. In an August 2023 blog post Alfred wrote that the pair launched it on 4 January 2023 from their own savings, with no outside funding, and passed a million sign-ups seven months later. Its site now claims more than 25 million images generated. The idea is simple: upload a plain product shot and get back lifestyle and studio scenes for marketplace listings, social posts, ads and email banners, without a photographer or Photoshop.
The product changed substantially in March 2026, and older descriptions, including earlier versions of this page, describe the previous version. Pebblely used to make users remove the background, position the product on a canvas and pick a theme. The rebuilt app skips background removal: a user uploads and crops the product, describes the scene or picks one of 40-plus templates, and generates one, two or four images at a time. Pebblely says the new model handles people holding a product and keeps text on packaging legible, and it renders straight to preset sizes for Instagram, stories, banners and Facebook ads. Bulk generation and bulk download cover whole catalogues.
It is paid only. The pricing page says in its FAQ that there are no free trials, so an earlier claim of a free tier was wrong. Lite costs $9 a month for 30 images, Basic $19 for 200 with bulk generation, and Pro $39 for 500; yearly billing cuts these to $90, $179 and $379 a year. Unused credits do not roll over and purchases are non-refundable. Pebblely says uploads and results are not used for training, and users own what they generate.
For a small shop that needs varied listing and social images cheaply, it is quick and focused. Sellers who need a public API or full image editing should look elsewhere.
