Moyin Workshop (魔音工坊) is a Chinese AI voiceover platform from Mobvoi that turns text into narration for short videos, audiobooks, advertising and e-learning. It offers more than 800 voices and 1,500 speaking styles across 19 languages and 15 Chinese dialects, an editor with fine controls over pauses, emphasis, pronunciation and emotion, three-second voice cloning, one-click subtitle syncing and a set of productivity tools. It runs on the web, on iOS and Android and as a WeChat mini-program, and developers can use its voices through an API on Mobvoi's open platform. Mobvoi's international sister product, DupDub, is operated from Singapore by Mobvoi Pte. Ltd. and offers over 700 voices in more than 90 languages and accents with its own dollar-priced plans.

Moyin is operated by Beijing Xiaowen Intelligent Technology, part of Mobvoi (出门问问), which listed in Hong Kong in April 2024 under the code 2438. In April 2024 the Beijing Internet Court ruled in China's first AI-voice personality-rights case, involving a voice sold on the platform of the company operating Moyin.

Membership prices are published. VIP starts at ¥48 a month, with 339 VIP voices, 582 styles, editor tools, discounted cloning and one-to-one support; SVIP starts at ¥199 a month, adding 634 premium voices and 2,143 styles; and team membership costs ¥999 per seat a year with shared projects and SVIP benefits. Cloned voices cost ¥79 per voice on VIP or ¥59 on SVIP, plus ¥50 a year for 50,000 characters, and usage is capped at 80 voiceovers a day. New users can try it after logging in, but there is no published free plan.

Moyin's own FAQ confirms that some premium voices need separate payment even for members, a point repeated in several complaints on the Heimao consumer site and in one Zhihu answer about cloning costs. It suits Chinese creators and businesses producing voiceovers at volume.
