All Voice Lab bundles voice cloning, text-to-speech and video dubbing for creators localising content, especially short dramas, with subtitle removal and SRT voiceovers that save real time, plus an MCP server for agent workflows. Pricing is low, from $10 a month, but the free plan covers only text-to-speech and voice changing, so testing cloning needs the three-day trial or a paid plan. The voice changer works on recorded audio, not live. Its operator is a young Singapore company with apparent links to a Chinese voice-app maker, its own pages disagree on supported languages, and independent reviews are essentially non-existent. Reasonable for budget dubbing experiments; for important work, compare quality against ElevenLabs or Fish Audio first.
What we found
All Voice Lab is an AI voice platform for text-to-speech, voice cloning, voice changing and, increasingly, video localisation: it translates and dubs videos into more than 30 languages, removes and extracts subtitles, turns SRT files into voiceovers and generates audiobooks, with speaker separation and back-translation review aimed at short-drama and creator content. It builds on MaskGCT, an open voice model published by the Amphion research team. An MIT-licensed MCP server, last updated in 2025, lets Claude Desktop, Cursor and other agents call its text-to-speech, cloning, dubbing and subtitle tools.
The international service is run by Qutran Tech Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore in November 2024 with disputes handled by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre — a genuine ASEAN link. A separate mainland-China service operates at allvoicelab.cn through a Shanghai company, and technical traces point to the Chinese voice-app maker Quwan, though we found no record confirming ownership. The company's own pages disagree on how many languages it supports, citing 33, more than 30 and six in different places.
Pricing is credit-based. The free plan gives 50 credits a month — about 10,000 characters of speech — and 12 voices, for text-to-speech and voice changing only; cloning and video translation need a paid plan, and new accounts get a three-day trial. Basic costs $10 a month for 480 credits, 66 voices, eight voiceover languages and short video-localisation allowances, including cloning. Creator costs $29 for 1,600 credits, the full voice library, 33 languages and 2K video; Studio costs $99 for 6,000 credits and dedicated support; Enterprise is quoted. Credit packs from $18 for 1,000 last two years. Cloning a voice costs 10 credits and voice changing 10 credits a minute.
Independent reviews are effectively absent: the main listing we found shows two reviews posted on the same day, one from an account named after the product. Judge it on the trial, especially for cloning quality in your target languages.
