The biggest change is how it charges. LogoAI used to sell each logo once — packages at $29, $59 and $99 — and many reviews still describe that model. It is gone. The pricing page now offers a seven-day trial for $10, with 200 AI credits, that renews automatically at $20 a month unless you cancel, and a Pro subscription at $20 a month with 500 credits. You can generate for free after signing in, but previews may carry a watermark and unrestricted downloads require a paid plan. Exports include PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG, though vector conversion, high-resolution export and background removal can consume credits, and the cost is shown before each generation. Files you have downloaded remain yours after cancelling. Paid plans include commercial use, but LogoAI states that this does not guarantee exclusivity or trademark eligibility.
The account side is where people struggle. Trustpilot shows 2.1 out of 5 from 12 reviews: complaints that designs resembled existing logos, that an account could not be deleted, that a paid download never arrived, and, since the switch to subscriptions, that cancelling was hard and credits drained with each edit. LogoAI replied in September 2026 that it had made subscription management and support easier to reach.
