Fyxer is good at the busywork of a crowded inbox: sorting mail, drafting replies you approve, and producing meeting notes and follow-ups, now with a free plan to try the meeting features. Its rapid growth has come with billing friction — recent one-star reviews dwell on unexpected charges and seats added automatically — and the useful email features start at $37 per person a month billed annually. Fyxer is an AI executive assistant for email and meetings. Connected to Gmail or Outlook, it sorts the inbox into labelled categories, drafts replies in your tone for you to review — it cannot send email itself — and records meetings on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom to produce notes and follow-up lists. Newer features include a daily dashboard briefing, personal and shared spaces for notes and automated workflows, Fyxer inside Slack and Microsoft Teams since August 2026, and MCP access so Claude or ChatGPT can query it on team plans; since June 2026 it has run on Anthropic's Claude models. Fyxer says it never stores or uses customer data for model training, and it holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification, with HIPAA available for enterprises.
Fyxer AI Limited was incorporated in London in October 2023 by Richard and Archie Hollingsworth, who previously built a large virtual executive-assistant agency, with chief technology officer Matt Ffrench. It raised a $30 million Series B led by Madrona in September 2025, bringing its total to $43 million, and says its annual recurring revenue grew from $1 million to $30 million in 2025; those are company figures.
Pricing changed after June 2026 and is now metered in credits. A free plan gives 400 credits a month, enough for about 20 chat messages or nearly seven hours of audio notes, but no reply drafting or inbox sorting. Pro costs $49 per person a month, or $37 billed annually, with drafting, labelling, meeting recording and 3,000 credits. Team costs $99, or $64 annually, adding shared spaces, team reporting, multiple inboxes and pooled credits. Enterprise, from 50 users, adds private cloud, SSO and data residency. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial.
