Briefpoint is a focused tool that drafts US litigation discovery documents (responses, requests, objections) in formatted Word output with captions and Bates numbering. Its deliberately narrow scope is its strength: firms report large time savings on a tedious task, and the flat $89/month price (same for solo or 20-attorney firm) is unusually transparent for legal AI.
The flip side is that it does one thing for one jurisdiction. It is built around US civil procedure and discovery formats, so it has essentially no relevance to ASEAN litigation practice. It also won't do research, contracts, or anything beyond discovery. Worth it for US litigators with high discovery volume; irrelevant elsewhere.
