It offers "a complimentary redo or a 100% refund", but downloading your photos counts as using the product and requests must be filed within 14 calendar days, not 30.
Set that aside and the core product works. It sits at 4.7 out of 5 across 7,051 Trustpilot reviews on a claimed profile, a genuinely large sample for this category — the 4.9 that circulates is Aragon's own claim about itself — and the per-user fine-tuning (trained on 6+ selfies) produces noticeably more consistent likenesses than older batch-style headshot generators. Some images in every batch still show the tells — stiff poses, occasional facial distortion — and reviewers who grade the full set rather than cherry-picking their favorites tend to be harsher.

Two things the pay-per-batch framing misses. Aragon has sold subscriptions since May 2025 — Lite $15 a month for 300 credits, Pro $29 for 1,200, Ultimate $49 for 2,400, Creator $249 for 12,000 — which changes the arithmetic for repeat shooters. The other change is what Aragon is: its founder says it is not just an AI headshot company any more.
