360's security model is a serious piece of domestic Chinese security infrastructure: six specialist models behind agents for alert triage, phishing analysis, endpoint, traffic and data security, with two of those agents rated L3 by the China Software Testing Center in October 2025. The widely quoted figure of close to 1,000 vulnerabilities found comes from 360 via Huanqiu, and the discovery system behind it is not for sale.
There is no public price, API or trial; buying it means engaging 360 and adopting its product stack. For ASEAN organisations, data-governance review of a China-operated system comes first. Judge it on capability inside 360's ecosystem, not as a standalone model.
What we found
360 Security LLM (360安全大模型) is the security-specific model line of 360 Digital Security Group, the enterprise arm of the Chinese company best known for its 360 antivirus. Zhou Hongyi released it at the ISC 2023 Internet Security Conference in August 2023, where China Securities Journal reported it as China's first deliverable security-industry model. 360's product page describes a matrix of six specialist models, covering attack detection, operations and response, knowledge management, tracing and attribution, code security and data protection, built on what 360 calls a collaborative-experts (CoE) architecture that activates only the parts a task needs.
In practice the model is not something you open in a browser. It sits behind 360's own products: security agents for operations, traffic detection, endpoints, attack-surface analysis, data security and web security. In October 2025 360 said its phishing-email and network-alert agents were the first to pass the China Software Testing Center's agent maturity assessment at level L3. 360 also claims those agents cut average triage time from 120 minutes to five; that is the vendor's figure, not a measured customer result.
The headline number needs care. An April 2026 Huanqiu report, carried on China Daily's Chinese site, said 360's vulnerability-discovery agent system had found close to 1,000 vulnerabilities in total, more than 50 of them high-severity issues confirmed by China's national vulnerability databases or the affected vendors, across Windows, Office, OpenClaw, AI coding tools and other software. It credits the system with a Windows kernel privilege-escalation flaw (CVE-2026-24293) and an Office remote-code-execution bug acknowledged by Microsoft. The same report says the discovery system is not offered publicly and is used only on major projects.
Zhou announced in July 2024 that the security model would be free, but access still runs through 360's sales channel, with no public price list, API or self-serve sign-up. For ASEAN buyers it is a China-based system, best judged on how well it works inside 360's products.
