Reviews are strong and larger than they once were. Gartner Peer Insights shows 4.9 out of 5 from 66 ratings, and G2, where the product now appears as the Laiye AI Agent Platform, 4.7 from 106 reviews. Reviewers praise accuracy on document-heavy work like invoice processing and CV screening, and G2's summary credits responsive support; the complaint it surfaces is thinner English-language documentation. One reviewer of the older UiBot product asked for event-based triggers, such as starting a flow from an incoming email.
It is not quote-only any more. The APA Community Edition is a free Windows download, and the ADP cloud trial gives 100 usage credits a month and a million tokens a day on registration. The paid Enterprise Edition and larger ADP plans are still priced through sales, with nothing published.
Two older claims deserve caution. Laiye's 2022 business-results guarantee, refunding the licence fee if agreed outcomes were missed, still appears in its Gartner description but on none of its current product pages. And the "400 pre-set commands, productive within hours" line comes from Laiye's own G2 description, not from reviewers. The company, founded in 2015 and based in Beijing, remains private.
