DomoAI is one of the more capable tools for turning video into anime-style animation, with a broad model menu, unlimited Relax-mode generation on Standard and above, and a Singapore operator. Its public reviews are poor, though, dominated by refund refusals and content-moderation complaints, and its policy rules out refunds and downgrades, so a yearly plan is a real commitment. Ignore domoapi.com, which is not DomoAI. Try it on the free credits and a monthly plan before paying for a year.

DomoAI is an AI video and image platform best known for restyling ordinary video into anime and other illustrated styles. It also turns images into video, animates characters from a single picture, makes talking avatars with lip sync from uploaded audio, keeps a subject consistent across a clip with its Omni Reference feature, and upscales video to 4K and images to 6K. Alongside its own DomoAI 2.5 model it offers third-party models including Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3, GPT Image 2.5 and Google's Nano Banana Pro, with more than 50 style templates. Its FAQ says everything created can be used commercially. Businesses can use the DomoAI Enterprise API at $0.02 a credit; a separate site called domoapi.com says it is not affiliated with DomoAI.
DomoAI is run by DOMOAI PTE. LTD., a Singapore company launched in 2023 with offices in The Central on Eu Tong Sen Street, and its terms are governed by Singapore law with billing in US or Singapore dollars. It says it has more than five million users and was named one of Singapore's SME 500 companies in 2025.
New users get a small number of free credits, 30 according to DomoAI's own pages. Paid plans, billed yearly, cost $9 a month for Basic with 600 credits, $29 for Standard with 2,200 credits and unlimited generation in the slower Relax mode, and $99 for Pro with 8,000 credits, longer clips and priority support; list prices for monthly billing are $13, $42 and $142. A Team plan costs $99 a seat with 24,000 shared credits. All paid plans remove watermarks. DomoAI does not refund fees already paid and does not allow downgrades.
Trustpilot rates it 2.2 from 38 reviews; of 33 we read, about six complained about refused refunds, six about content restrictions and four about output ignoring prompts. It suits creators wanting anime-style video, preferably tested on the free credits first.
