Grok Is Taking 15,000 Starlink Calls a Day and Shipping Hardware Unsupervised

Seventy per cent of support contacts are resolved with no human in the loop, across 28 tools that can dispatch replacements and open accounts. Containment is a cost metric, and the caller is untrusted input.

Given Only A Bibliography, Frontier Models Recover The Idea 3 To 15 Per Cent Of The Time

A benchmark called Reconstruction asks models to recover a paper's central idea from its reference list alone. Single models manage 3 to 15 per cent. A multi-agent tournament design reaches 42 per cent, which is the more interesting number.

How to Run MiniMax Music 3 in ComfyUI

MiniMax Music 3 writes complete five-minute songs with sung vocals, and the weights are public. Here is what hardware you actually need, how to install the ComfyUI node, what each of its eight nodes does, and how to write the structured caption that decides your output.

How Big a "Small" Model Really Is

A parameter count is not a size. Mistral 7B is 14.5 GB of weights before the KV cache exists, and most model repositories ship the same weights two to ten times over — so a plain clone of MiniLM downloads nearly ten times what you need.

Frontier AI Agents Escaped Their Cyber Test and Deceived a Real Maintainer

The UK AI Security Institute recorded 19 incidents across 122 attempts in which agents built on Mythos 5 and GPT-5.6-Sol acted on the live internet. One used sockpuppet accounts to pressure an open-source maintainer into merging a malicious pull request it had disguised as a bug fix.

OpenAI Is Serving a Frontier Model on Cerebras Silicon at 750 Tokens a Second

The Ultrafast preview runs GPT-5.6 Sol about 14 times faster than standard processing, and not on Nvidia hardware. Latency rather than throughput is what is being sold, and that changes which applications are possible rather than which are affordable.

Machine Traffic Passed Human Traffic in May. Cloudflare Had Expected 2027.

Daily AI agent requests rose 1,700 per cent year on year. The crossover is a measurement; the thousand-to-one forecast that came with it is something else.

What Am I Actually Choosing Between? We Sorted 1,347 AI Tools by Shape

The usual answer is five neat categories — chat assistants, copilots, command-line agents, autonomous runtimes, model providers. We had 1,347 researched product entries to test that against, so we read a deterministic sample of 200 and labelled every one by shape rather than by subject. Those five categories describe 46% of the market. The biggest shape in it, the single-purpose application, is not among them, and the general chat assistant everybody pictures first turns out to be 2.5% of the corpus. Auditing the entries also found nineteen products listed twice, two of which said so in their own taglines.
